1. Definitions

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an account on nona55, you must:

• Select Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as your account currency — currency cannot be changed after registration.

Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.

5.2 Withdrawals

7. Betting Rules and Game Terms

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on nona55 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring bet details are correct before confirmation. nona55 is not liable for player errors in bet selection or stake amount.

In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds display, technical glitches, or human error), nona55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7.2 Sports Betting

nona55 offers comprehensive sports betting markets including football (bandar bola markets covering BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup), badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and more.

Specific rules apply to each sport and bet type:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body. Results displayed on third-party websites are not binding.
• Postponed or abandoned matches: If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets remain valid. If postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live (in-play) betting: Odds update dynamically during live matches. Bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, etc.) but before odds update may be voided.
• Asian handicap: If the match ends as a draw against the handicap line (e.g., -0.5 / 0), half the stake wins and half is refunded.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

nona55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any term or condition outlined in this agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.

11. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall nona55's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
